The indirect cooling water of the project is fully recycled through the cooling circulation system without discharge. The domestic sewage of the project is pretreated by an oil separation tank and a septic tank before being discharged into the pipe network. The initial rainwater is pretreated by sedimentation in the initial rainwater collection tank, and then discharged into the pipe network together with the mold alkali washing water and spray tower water. The pipe network discharge standards comply with the design standards of The Second Sewage Treatment Plant of Suichang County, i.e., COD≤400mg/L, SS≤250mg/L, NH3-N≤35mg/L. The discharge of The Second Sewage Treatment Plant of Suichang County complies with Grade A of the First Class in Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plants (GB18918-2002), and the tail water is discharged into Lianxi River. The up-to-standard discharge of the project's wastewater will not alter the classification of the regional water environmental function zoning.

Atmosphere: The emission concentrations of particulate matter, nickel and its compounds, cobalt and its compounds, manganese and its compounds, fluorides, non-methane total hydrocarbons, sulfuric acid mist, hydrogen chloride and ammonia from the project all meet the corresponding emission limit standards. The prediction results based on the SCREEN3 Model show that the exhaust gas generated by the project will not cause significant adverse effects on the surrounding environment.

Noise: The predicted noise values at the east, south, west and north factory boundaries meet Category 3 of Emission Standard of Environmental Noise for Industrial Enterprises (GB12348-2008). The prediction results show that with the implementation of effective sound insulation and noise reduction measures, the factory boundary noise of the enterprise can still meet the standards after the project is commissioned, having a minor impact on the surrounding acoustic environment.

Solid Waste: The disposal of solid waste by the enterprise strictly abides by the basic principles of "recycling, reduction and harmlessness" to ensure that all solid waste is ultimately comprehensively utilized or safely disposed of. Through the proper storage and placement of solid waste and the implementation of solid waste disposal approaches as mentioned above, the solid waste of the enterprise will not cause significant adverse effects on the surrounding environment.
