According to the introduction of the person in charge of the Industrial Investment Section of Suichang County Economic and Commercial Bureau, Suichang has accelerated the cultivation of a group to become a "chain leader" enterprise, effectively and orderly promoting the transformation of the metal products industry to green and low-carbon, and promoting the high-end and intelligent development of leading products such as nails and silk.

At the same time, focusing on the precise recruitment of the metal products industry, we have made every effort to promote the landing of cooperative enterprises and upstream and downstream supporting enterprises. We have successively introduced seven high-quality metal products projects with high technological content and high product added value, forming a linkage effect of introducing one and bringing a batch of them.

It is worth mentioning that Suichang also relies on the chain leader to lead the industry chain, and establishes the first professional metal product inspection and monitoring institution in Lishui City to provide mechanical property testing, metallographic testing, and chemical analysis services for county level metal product enterprises, with policy support.

According to a person in charge of a metal technology limited company in Zhejiang Province, enterprises within the county will receive a 20% subsidy for testing at the Suichang Metal Products Testing Center. The company actively responded and was included in the use of technological innovation vouchers to provide high-quality inspection and testing services for county level metal product enterprises.

According to data, Suichang's metal products industry chain currently has 45 above-scale industrial enterprises, 20 national high-tech enterprises, and nearly 6000 employees. In 2022, the total output value of above-scale industry reached 17.643 billion yuan, accounting for 67.6% of the county's above-scale output value. A relatively complete industrial chain has been formed, ranging from metal smelting, calendering, to metal products.
